Terms of Sale

1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the use of melixo.net and the purchase of services offered by JSD MEDIA, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ ("Melixo", "we"). Contact: contact@melixo.net. By using the service, you accept these terms.
2. The service
Melixo creates personalized songs from the information you provide (name, occasion, memories, music style). Creating the song and listening to a 30-second preview are free, limited to one free song per person. Access to the full version is paid.
3. Price and payment
Unlocking the full song costs $19.90 (or 19.90 € on the French version of the site). It includes: both full versions of the song as mp3, the illustrated cover art, downloads, and the shareable gift page. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; no card data ever reaches our servers.
4. Orders
Ordering requires a valid email address, verified by a code. You warrant the accuracy of the information provided. Melixo reserves the right to refuse an order in case of clear abuse (circumventing the free limit, prohibited content, fraud).
5. Delivery
The full song is available immediately after payment. We recommend downloading your mp3 files upon purchase. Files and the gift page remain available for a reasonable period, without guarantee of unlimited retention.
6. Right of withdrawal
For consumers in the European Union: in accordance with applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after purchase. By paying, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and waive your right of withdrawal. The free 30-second preview lets you hear the song before any payment.
7. Refunds
No refund is due after the song has been unlocked. However, in case of a technical problem (corrupted file, undelivered song, inaccessible gift page), contact us at contact@melixo.net: we will fix the issue or refund you in full.
8. Song license
Melixo grants you a personal, non-commercial license to the song: you may listen to it, download it, gift it and share it privately or on your personal social media. The following require our prior written consent: resale, advertising or commercial use, monetization on streaming or content platforms. Songs are produced using music generation technology; copyright protection cannot be guaranteed.
9. Content you provide
You are responsible for the information and stories provided for the lyrics. Defamatory, abusive, hateful content or content infringing third-party rights is prohibited. Lyrics are generated kindly and remain editable by you before the song is created. Melixo reserves the right to refuse any content contrary to these terms.
10. Liability
Melixo provides a digital service as-is and undertakes reasonable efforts to keep it available, without guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Melixo's liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.

12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence. Any complaint should first be sent to contact@melixo.net; we strive to resolve any dispute amicably.
